Hotel Block & Lodging
Treasure Island Resort & Casino
We’ve reserved a hotel block for both Friday and Saturday nights at a rate of $199 per night (excluding taxes and fees). Choose between a room with two queen beds or a single king bed. This is the largest of our hotel blocks, and complimentary transportation to and from the venue will be provided for your convenience.
To receive the hotel block rate, please call Treasure Island, and let them know you are booking under the Serrano/Schack Wedding Block. The block rates are first come, first served.

​During peak times or event days, phone lines may be busy. Thank you for your patience, and if you encounter repeated issues while booking, please let the bride and groom know.

From the Hotel: On Monday, July 28, 2025, any guestrooms in the block that have not been taken will be released to sell to the public. No rooms will be held without pre-payment. Guest rooms must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee.
Hastings Country Inn
There is a smaller, secondary hotel block at Hastings Country Inn. The Inn is located about 15 minutes away from the venue. There are a limited amount of rooms for $145 (excluding taxes or fees). This block rate is limited to Saturday night only. Choose between a room with two queen beds or a single king bed. To book call the hotel directly and let them know you are booking under the Serrano/Schack Wedding block. Please note, there is no provided transportation to this hotel. The block rates are first come, first served.

From the Hotel: Thirty days prior to the arrival date we will release all rooms that have not been reserved back to the hotel to sell to other guests on a first come first serve basis.
Getting There
Nearby Lodging
If you choose not to stay in either hotel block, check out hotels in nearby Hastings, MN or Red Wing, MN. Just note, there is no provided transportation to these hotels.
MSP Airport
MSP is the largest airport in the area and approximately 45 minutes away from the hotel block, or our venue. All major airlines fly in to MSP, along with some low cost carriers. Delta is the main airline, as there is a hub in MSP. We may be partial, but we encourage those flying in, to fly Delta ;)​
Parking
Ample parking is available at Woodhaven, and you may leave your car overnight; however, you must remove your car from the parking lot by Sunday mid-morning.
Transportation
A shuttle will be available for those who are staying at Treasure Island Casino. Additional information, such as pick up and drop off times, will be coming soon. Please note there are no ride sharing apps (Uber, Lyft, ect.) in the area of our venue. If you do not plan to take the shuttle back to Treasure Island, please ensure you have a sober ride home.

The State Fair offers a wide array of attractions, activities, and food, drawing in over 100,000 visitors almost every day. To make your visit easier, there are numerous park-and-ride options available to the Fairgrounds. For the latest updates and information, be sure to check the State Fair website.

The Bride and Groom love to explore new state parks! There are a few state parks in the Twin Cities Area. The closest to the venue is Frontenac State Park which is located right on the Mississippi River. Please note, if you do not have a MN Park Pass, you will need to purchase a day pass. This can easily be done online.

Only twenty minutes away from Treasure Island, discover the charm of this quaint town nestled along the picturesque Mississippi River. Explore the scenic trails in Memorial Park Overlook, where you can hike up a bluff offering views of the river and the city below. Or, indulge in shopping at local shops or savor a meal at one of the delightful restaurants.
